END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
INTEL(R) Quick Start Kit for Linux* (the "Software")
Version 1.2

The Software includes all binary and source code files provided by 
Intel with this EULA, and any other accompanying documentation.

BY OPENING, INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE, 
YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, 
THEN DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AND EITHER RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO 
INTEL OR DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, 
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR 
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

For Intel components of the Software:  Subject to the terms and conditions 
of this EULA, Intel grants you a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free 
copyright license (without the right to sublicense except solely for 
distribution of binary code to third parties) to reproduce and create 
derivative works of the Software, and distribute the Software and derivative 
works thereof solely in object code form to third parties, so long as any copyright
notices and disclaimers included in or with the Software appear in all copies 
of the Software.  Intel also grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license 
(without the right to sublicense) under those Intel patent claims that (a) 
are infringed by the Software (as delivered by Intel) and (b) Intel has 
the right to license, to make, use, sell, offer for sale, and import the 
Software and derivative works thereof solely to the minimum extent that is 
necessary for you to exercise your rights under the copyright license granted 
in the preceding sentence; provided that this patent license shall apply 
solely to those portions of the Software that are unmodified.  No other rights 
or licenses are granted. The Intel name or other trademarks may not be used 
to endorse or promote your products without Intel's prior written permission.

For Third party components included in the Software:  Certain files included 
with the Software are provided by third parties other than Intel ("Third Party Software").  
Your rights to use the Third Party Software are governed by the license agreements 
that accompany such components.  Intel does not warrant such Third Party software 
in any way and assumes no liability for your use of the Third Party Software.

Other General Information:
Intel is not responsible for any errors which may appear in the documentation or 
the Software, nor does Intel make a commitment to update the information or software 
contained herein. Intel reserves the right to make changes to this document or 
software at any time, without notice.
