Note: The computer on which you are installing the software is on the same local network (LAN) as your Intel® Entry Storage System SS4200-E.

1. Download and save the file to a known folder on your system.
2. Extract the contents of the compressed download file.
3. Run the setup utility located in the setup.app\Contents\MacOS folder.
4. Select a language from the pull-down list and click OK. The welcome screen displays.
5. Click Next to start the installation.
6. Click to accept terms of licensing agreement and click Next to continue.
7. Choose an installation destination location. It is recommended that you choose the default location and click Next. The pre-installation summary information page displays.
8. Click Install to begin the installation. The files will begin copying to your local computer. The Retrospect Express page displays.
9. Click Next to launch the Retrospect Express installation.
10. Supply a name and password of a valid administrator account and click OK. The Retrospect installer opens.
11. Click Continue. Install Retrospect Express displays.
12. Click Install to install the Retrospect application and documentation. The files will begin copying to your local computer. When complete, a confirmation message will display.
13. Click one of the following:
— Restart to start the Retrospect installation over.
— Quit to exit the installer, having successfully installed Retrospect.
— Continue to perform additional installations.

If you clicked Quit in the previous step, the installation will complete, the storage system manager opens in your default browser, and the Device Setup begins.
